Community Guidelines

Effective {{EFFECTIVE_DATE}}. Part of the IDOL CLUB Terms of Service.

IDOL CLUB is a shared stage: be kind, keep it age-appropriate, keep personal information private and respect other people's work. Breaking these rules can cost you chat, features or your account. They apply everywhere in IDOL CLUB: chat, rooms and visits, hubs, group and fandom names, idol names, logos, choreographies, room decorations, banners, speaker audio and profiles.

1. Be kind

2. Keep personal information private

3. Play fair

4. Respect creators and real people

5. Rooms, visits and the speaker

6. Chat

7. Reporting, blocking and muting

8. What happens when rules are broken

We look at what happened, how serious it was and the player's history. We may skip steps for serious cases.

ActionTypical reasonDuration
WarningFirst minor issue, e.g. spam or mild language—
Chat muteRepeated insults, spam, filter evasion24 hours to 7 days
Feature lockMisuse of the speaker, naming, visiting or logo tools7 to 30 days, or permanent for that feature

Permanent banChild-safety violations, threats, doxxing, illegal content, fraud, repeat infringementPermanent; may cover devices and linked accounts

When we act on your content or account we tell you which rule was broken, what we did, whether it was automated, and how to appeal. You can appeal within 6 months through the in-game Support screen or {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}; a person reviews every appeal. Items and currency on a banned account are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

9. How we moderate

We use automatic filters, player reports and human review. We can read reported chat and look at reported rooms, names, logos and speaker activity. We do not check everything in advance and cannot promise that every player follows these rules, but we act on reports. We may report illegal content, child-safety concerns and credible threats to the police or child-protection organisations.
